Registration:

How do I Register myself on grociore?

You can register by clicking on the "Signup" link located at the top right corner on the home page. Please provide the required information in the form that appears and click on continue. We will send OTP to verify your mobile number, after successful OTP validation you are able to shop.

Do I need to necessarily register before shopping on www.grociore.com?

Yes. However, you can browse the website without registration. You are required to login or register yourself while adding a product to cart.

Can I have multiple registrations?

Each email ID/login ID and mobile number can only be associated with only one customer account.

What if I enter wrong email ID while registering online/on phone?

What is My Account?

‘My Account' is your a/c where you can view your Personal Information, Addresses, Order History, Shopping List and Store Credit Balance.

I forgot my password?

Please click on “Forgotten Password” link available on the 'Sign In' page and then enter your registered email ID in the box provided. A new system generated password will be sent to your registered email ID.

I am unable to login?

Your Login ID and password are case sensitive. Please enter correct information & try again. Use “Forgot Password" link to generate new password.

I recently shifted to a new address? How can I update my address?

You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on ‘Edit’ on the My Account page and change your delivery address before placing the order. If we are currently serving your new location, we will be happy to deliver your order at your new address. However, if there is a pending order placed with your earlier delivery location, it will be dispatched for delivery to your old address.

How do I look for a particular Product?

You can either search by navigating through category pages or by using Product Search.

Where can I find currently running offers/ promotions?

All products with promotions are listed under ‘GS Offers’ section for your easy reference. Our normal sorting enables you to first see the promotions on the top or you can use sort filter.

The price on the website for some products changed. What price you will charged?

The prices and promotions on our website are updated regularly. However you will be charged based on prices and promotions applicable at the time of placing the order.

How will you ensure the freshness of products?

We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all the products and maintain them in the correct temperature & packaging till they get home delivered.

Ordering

What is the minimum order for delivery?

There is no minimum order for delivery. There is a nominal delivery charge of Rs.35/- on orders below Rs.599/-.

How do I know if I placed my order correctly or not?

Upon successful completion of order, order confirmation e-mail and SMS will be sent to your registered email id and phone number containing your order details.

Can I order on phone?

Yes, we will be happy to book your order on phone. Please call on 829866-3333 any time between 8:00 am & 7:00 pm to place order.

How are the fruits and vegetables weighed?

Every fruit and vegetable varies a little in size and weight. You can order from any pack size/weight available on the website. While you shop, we will show an estimated weight and price for everything on per kilogram basis. At the time of billing, we pack the closest pack size/weight and charge you for the actual weight/each of the item. E.g. If you order 1 Kg Apple, we will try to pack exact 1 Kg or a weight closest to 1 Kg. If actual weight is 987 gm, we will bill you for 987 gm and not 1 Kg.

What are the various modes of payment I can use for shopping?

Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown?

 

All the products listed on the Website will be sold at Indian Rupees either at MRP (inclusive of all taxes) or at an Offer/Discounted price with taxes, unless otherwise specified.

 

What is the meaning of cash on delivery (CoD)?


Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep either through cash or card. Card payment is dependent on network availability. Please arrange for Cash, in case of network problem.


If I pay by credit/debit/Net banking/ Wallet how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?

 

If we are not able to deliver all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded to you in the payment mode through which payment was done earlier.

 

What if I receive a SMS from my bank but a successful charge slip for payment is not generated from EDC terminal?

In such cases where payment attempt is unsuccessful due to network or other technical glitch , the amount debited , if any , for which a successful charge slip is not generated, is generally reversed by your bank as per their policy. In case there is any unreasonable delay in refund you may raise the query or dispute with customer care number of your bank on the back of your card. If required we may issue a written confirmation of not receiving the amount to enable you to take up with your bank after due verification from our backend team.
However you shall make payment in cash to receive the delivery against that order.


Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on www.grociore.com?

Yes, it is absolutely safe to use your card on www.grociore.com. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for our online shoppers, thus making online shopping at www.grociore.com safer.

 

When will I receive my order?

Once you have added products to my basket, you will be able to select the delivery slot according to your convenience. Your order will be delivered to you on the day selected by you at any time during selected delivery slot or by default we will try to deliver your request to your registered address within 90 minutes.

 

What if my order is not delivered within the promised delivery slot?

If we are unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration (this sometimes happens due to unforeseen situations), we shall endeavour to call and inform you in advance about the delay on best effort basis and seek your convenience on the revised time of delivery.


What if I am not at home during the booked delivery slot due to some reason?

We understand that under exceptional circumstances you may not be available to receive the order during the booked delivery slot. Please instruct your immediate neighbor & communicate the same to our customer support team. However, we advise you to be available at your delivery location during the booked slot so that you receive your order with best quality and freshness.


Can I change the delivery location after placing the order?

No, it will not be possible for us to change the delivery location once the order is placed.

 

What do I do if an item is defective (broken, leaking or not as per my expectation)? How will I get my money back in case of product return?

Our quality assurance team checks the quality of all ordered products before they reach you. If you still face any issues with the quality of products, we will take every measure to address the issue and make it up to you.

At the time of delivery, we encourage you to check the delivered items. If you are not satisfied with the quality, freshness or physical condition of the product, we have a "no question asked policy for returns & refund”.

Our delivery staff will take back the items returned by you and the amount shall be refunded to you via credit to your store credit account (which can be used for subsequent purchases) or through the payment mode used by you while placing the order. We do not make any cash refunds.
